For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Hair accessories removed from protective packaging

2. Wait for our approval email with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging

5.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll receive email notification of approval/rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, specify your desired replacement in your initial email. We’ll process the exchange after receiving the returned item. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
