Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bridal accessories. Please review our policy carefully:

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hair accessories removed from protective packaging
  • Custom-made or altered items (including special order bridal shoes)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for our approval email containing:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive email notification of approval/rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement (varies by financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Specify desired replacement item in your initial email
  • We’ll process exchange after receiving returned item
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Shipping fees apply for new item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:
