Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your bridal accessories. Please review our policy carefully:
Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories removed from protective packaging
- Custom-made or altered items (including special order bridal shoes)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for our approval email containing:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive email notification of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement (varies by financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Specify desired replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll process exchange after receiving returned item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
- Shipping fees apply for new item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item:

- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs
