Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair Accessories that have been removed from their protective packaging
- Custom-made or altered items (including special order bridal shoes)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
Return Shipping
For returns and exchanges:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Please indicate the replacement item you’d like in your initial email
- We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Shipping fees for the new item will apply
Damaged or Defective Items
